And here: This is an excellent, very thoughtful commentary about the implications of treating depressed patients with comorbid borderline personality disorder. The expectation-setting and consent issues are particularly cogent. I recommend a full read to all ECT healthcare practitioners. Kudos to Drs. McCall, House and Rosenquist.
